25 years’ experience in the process valve industry
Technoflow is an Italian company founded in 1999 by a group of people coming from experience in the field of industrial valves. Reflecting its growth, in 2023 Technoflow expanded its headquarters in Cesate (MI) to an area of over 1400 sq m. Next to the management and administrative offices, the rest of the workstations are located in a large open space where a centralised business management system is in place to control and optimise all the activities. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality system controls the full process, from the receipt of an order to its fulfilment.
We are a dynamic and evolving company, which has made quality the cornerstone of its philosophy, with the determination to pursue this path in the future, enabling us to continue providing safe and reliable solutions for specific applications.
Engineering applied to the development of ON-OFF and control valves
Our technicians and engineers work with the most advanced 3D CAD systems, together with the most suitable calculation software for control valves. Our expertise allows us to constantly develop automation solutions, such as control panels and PST (Partial Stroke Test) equipped systems, reliably meeting the most current process requirements.
In order to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, we also co-operate continuously with our most qualified international partners.
Configuration and installation of accessories on the valve
The skills and experience of our technicians include the assembly of accessories on the valve and their functional testing. Our specific knowledge of every supply component allows us to offer the best after-sales support to our customers.
We also use external workshops that operate under the close supervision of our project managers. This has earned us recognition as a V.A.C. (Valve Assembling Center) by international companies. We operate with a carefully selected supply chain so that we can offer the utmost reliability of our finished product.
Automated valve solutions from stock
Our warehouse of over 800 sq m is equipped to store valves, actuators and accessories (solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners, etc.). The latter are indispensable for the speedy manufacture of complete valves according to plant specifications.
On average, our stock capacity counts more than 5000 ball valves, as well as control valves, ball segment valves, globe valves and butterfly valves, and over 500 actuators with different types of accessories. Naturally, we can also rely on our partners’ warehouses, which are prepared to offer us valves from stock.
Tests and inspections to ensure high quality standards
Valves are safety elements that must meet the most stringent quality standards. Our quality inspections are aimed at checking every single valve according to pre-defined tests and procedures for tightness, closing time, hydrostatic pressure and the operation of each specific component of which the valve is made.
Continuous attention to market and process evolution allows us to look professionally and skilfully towards the future. This drives us to constantly search for constructions and solutions in line with these new requirements, through products, instruments and applications that are always up to date.
